2. It is important experience because it is made I found my passion and done something I did not think I would be able to do.

The audiences that I am trying to persuade are educator and classmates.
Why should they care about this

1. They can think to do what they might think they cannot do and maybe find their passion and enjoyment.
2. When they give it a try in something they do not think they cannot do and even just small step, they may surprise how easy it is and even find their passion.
What will they, their children, or society in general gain or lose?
The audiences will gain the knowledge about cooking Thai food, especially, many people think Thai food is very hard to cook and not willing to try. When they understand how easy to cook Thai food, they may interest to start cooking. Furthermore, they can enjoy cooking together with family.
Reasons they should agree? These are the "because" statements?
Reason#1 "Because Thai food is very easy to cook. Everyone is able to cook Thai food and gain more knowledge about cooking tips which they can use for the other cuisine, too.
Reason#2 "Because Thai food is very tasty and healthy. Thai food has variety taste in one dish and a lot of vegetables. Thai food gets more popular in USA nowadays which could be expensive to eat at the restaurant all the time. Thai food is tasty and healthy for everyone in the family.
Reason#3 "Because cooking Thai food can lead you to your new experience or may turn to be your passionate. Few tips you learn from cooking Thai food can help you cook the another types of Asian food, too.
